In-House Bartender

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic In-House Bartender to join our team. The role involves developing and presenting cocktail samples for internal testing, product trials, and company events. The ideal candidate will have a flair for mixology, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the brand at events and tasting sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present cocktail and mocktail samples for internal testing and evaluation.
• Experiment with different flavor combinations and ingredients to create unique beverage samples.
• Assist the product development team during tasting and feedback sessions.
• Maintain bar tools, equipment, and inventory in the in-house tasting area.
• Participate in company events, product launches, and promotional activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event teams for presentation and brand representation.
• Manage setup and service during in-house and external events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, mixologist, or bar attendant (hospitality or beverage industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, ingredients, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to event locations when required.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for beverages.
• Basic knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology (added advantage).
• Prior experience in beverage tasting, brand events, or hospitality industry.
