**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls using the leads provided by the company.
- Explain product/services clearly and confidently to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve call strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Good spoken communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and mobile usage skills.
- Availability to work a minimum of [ 6days/week].
- Previous telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
