**Job Overview**: As a Tele caller at Aranyakaa Farms, you will play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products, to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our products, services, and special offers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products, services, and promotions.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Sales Support**: Assist with order processing, track sales metrics, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- **Promotional Campaigns**: Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on customer responses and helping to refine messaging.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to effectively pitch products and handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing product lines and customer needs in a dynamic environment.
