**Title**: Marketing Intern

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore
**Type of Role**: Internship (2 to 3 months)

**Position Overview**:
ReadyAssist is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **B2B Marketing Intern** to join our team and support key enterprise marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, brand building among OEMs and corporate partners, and crafting marketing strategies targeted at business clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and maintain an event calendar; support the creation of thought leadership content
- Coordinate and support marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, roundtables, and partner meets
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, campaign data, and follow-ups
- Assist in PR-related activities to enhance brand visibility

**Qualifications**:

- MBA/PGDM students specializing in Marketing
- Strong communication and writing skills with a flair for content creation
- Interest in the automotive or enterprise marketing domain
- Proactive and eager to learn with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and technology platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with tools like **Canva**, **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** is a plus
- A well-maintained professional LinkedIn profile is preferred

**Internship Details**:

- **Work Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
- **Stipend**: Up to ₹10,000 per month
- **Duration**: Minimum 2 months
- **Start Date**: Immediate joiners preferred
