**About the Role**:
Are you a results-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with people? Join Paytm as a Field Sales Executive and play a crucial role in expanding our merchant network. You'll be the face of Paytm, bringing our innovative solutions to businesses and empowering them to thrive in the digital economy. This exciting role involves conducting field visits, onboarding merchants, and building lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular field visits to merchants within your assigned territory.
- Onboard new merchants onto the Paytm platform, including registration and setup of essential transaction tools like QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC Machines.
- Develop a deep understanding of Paytm's product suite to effectively communicate the value proposition to merchants.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with merchants, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the growth of Paytm's merchant network.

**Qualifications & Eligibility**:

- 12th Pass or Graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Age: 18 to 35 years.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Two-wheeler for convenient field travel.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Up to ₹20,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
