- **1)Write reports on prescribed format specific to particular bank for which report has to be written.**:

- **2)Documents analysis has to be done properly before writing report.**:

- **3)All the information mentioned in the documents has to be mentioned in the report.**:

- **4)Information collected at the time of site visit has to be clearly mentioned in the report.**:

- **5)All the calculations has to be done for value calculations and all 4 values has to be mentioned in the report.**:

- **6)Reports can be of following types of properties:

- **i)Open Plot**:

- **ii)House**:

- **iii)Agricultural Land**:

- **iv)Diverted Land**:

- **v)Flat**:

- **vi)Warehouse(Tin Shade Or RCC/RBC)**:

- **c)Collect all branches and respective managers list with their contact numbers and address of the particular zone in which empanelment is done.**:

- **C)Marketing for Valuation for Visa Cases:
