We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Labour Incharge to manage and supervise the workforce at our construction sites.

**Job Summary**:
The Labour Incharge will be responsible for managing the daily operations and activities of the labour force on the construction site. This role ensures that work is completed efficiently, safely, and within the project timeline. You will liaise between the site management and the labour force, ensuring smooth communication and operational workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the labour workforce on-site, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to the project schedule.
- Assign tasks to labourers and monitor progress, ensuring work is completed on time and up to company standards.
- Maintain daily attendance records and ensure the availability of adequate manpower to meet project needs.
- Ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations and use protective gear as required.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor or Project Manager for task allocations, material requirements, and timelines.
- Resolve any disputes or issues among the workforce and ensure discipline on-site.
- Monitor and assess labour productivity and suggest measures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the site.
- Report to management on labour performance, attendance, and any potential issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction site operations, tools, and materials.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle workforce grievances effectively.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
The position requires working on construction sites, often in outdoor environments, where you may need to supervise large teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹8,155.86 - ₹18,084.97 per month
