People Operations Associate

As a People Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of that goal. You will provide support for the effective functioning of the key HR processes related to the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring the provision of a legally compliant and digitally led service.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR operational data on headcount, attrition, and other related data.
- Responsible for data management of payable days/leave calculation, shift allowance, holiday workings, overtime calculations, salary processing data of all employees.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency generate both periodic and adhoc reports as needed.
- Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources.
- Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with team and stakeholders.
- Data entry actions on workday/tracker onboarding, offboarding and other related items.
- Manage and track employee referrals mails, status updates, create regular reports as needed.
**Other adhoc HR activities as needed**:
- SPOC for the HRMS Tool (Darwinbox preferable).
- Handling the off boarding and exit formalities.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Taking care of the pre onboarding formalities.
- Conducting employee onboarding and taking care of joining formalities.
- Generating HR related documents & customizing as per needs.
- Responding to HR-related queries within a TAT of 36 hours.
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
**Skills**:
- Reporting Skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.

- Time Management.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Prior experience of working in startups would be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferable.
