**Job description**

**Job Title: Key Accounts Executive (Ophthalmology Products)**

**Experience: 1 to 3 Years**

**Industry: Hospital & Healthcare (Ophthalmology Products)**

**Reporting: Key Accounts Manager**

We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive with experience in selling ophthalmology

hospital accounts, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving

sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, hospitals, clinics, and

healthcare professionals.
- Promote and sell ophthalmological products to hospitals and other healthcare

institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare

professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory, and logistics, to

ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights

for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
- **Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend conferences, and**

**support business activities**.
- The OT attendance is mandatory, a minimum of ten days a month if surgical sales is

allocated.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ophthalmology or hospital sales.
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmology products and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
