**Sales Executive - Aluminum Doors & Windows Industry**
**Position: Sales Executive**

**Experience: 2+ years in sales of aluminum doors, windows, or related building materials**
**Education: MBA in Marketing / Sales or a related field**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:
- **Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry contacts.**:
- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, builders, and dealers.**:
- **Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase aluminum doors and window solutions.**
**Lead Conversion & Revenue Growth**:
- **Understand customer needs and recommend the best product solutions.**:
- **Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals successfully.**:
- **Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.**
**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- **Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.**:
- **Provide insights on pricing strategies, product positioning, and customer expectations.**
**Site Visits & Project Coordination**:
- **Visit construction sites to assess project requirements and recommend suitable products.**:
- **Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.**
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- **Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.**:
- **Ensure post-sales support, address client concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction.**
**Reporting & Documentation**:
- **Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.**:
- **Provide regular updates on sales performance, market opportunities, and customer feedback.**
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
**✔ Strong B2B & B2C sales experience in aluminum doors & windows or related industries**
**✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**
**✔ Ability to build relationships with architects, contractors, and real estate developers**
**✔ Knowledge of construction materials, project sales, and site coordination**
**✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales tracking tools**
**✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets**
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**:
- **MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field is a must.**:
- **2+ years of sales experience in the aluminum doors, windows, or façade industry.**:
- **Experience working with architects, contractors, and real estate developers is an advantage.**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
