- Take pictures & measurement of the exterior and interior of a property for later review and to include in their report.
- Review local zoning codes of the areas.
- Compare & Enquirer the property’s selling value to other buildings in the area.
- Draft a report using the notes and photos taken at the property.
- Bank Visits

REQUIREMENTS:
BE or Diploma In Civil

Only for Experienced ones 4 - 6 years of work Experience in land & Building Valuation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
