Job Title: Land Promoter

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and scout potential land parcels suitable for development through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders to source viable land opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence including title verification, zoning compliance, environmental assessments, and legal checks.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for land acquisition deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, government policies, and regulatory changes in Bengaluru.

Required Qualifications:

- Any Graduate considered.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, promotion, or real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of Bengaluru’s land laws, zoning regulations, and acquisition procedures.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics and financial feasibility analysis.

Skills and Attributes:

- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Detail-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
