We’re expanding quickly and are looking for a highly organized and reliable **Administrative Assistant** to join our team remotely from India.

**Role Overview**

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our Canadian operations team. This role combines **general administrative responsibilities** with **sales support** and **dispatch coordination**. You will be working directly with our Canadian team, so the ability to collaborate in Canadian business hours (PST) is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain CRM records and ensure all sales and job data is accurate and up to date
- Assist with preparing and sending sales quotes, contracts, and follow-up documentation
- Support scheduling and dispatch of field crews across multiple service lines
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of jobs
- Track and organize incoming leads, customer requests, and deadlines
- Generate reports on sales, scheduling, and administrative performance for management review
- Perform other administrative duties as required by management

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work full-time during Canadian business hours (PST)
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
- Previous experience in administrative support, sales administration, or dispatching preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
