**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Should have knowledge in digital / Sales & Marketing / presale / Lead Generation
- Cold Calling, and setting up appointments and customer management
- Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
- Maintain and update client data regularly
- Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Nice to have 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sale & marketing/ Tele
- calling/Data managment.
- Should be excellent at communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-Starter and highly motivated.
- Should have a Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.

**Education**:

- **BBA/MBA** Degree in marketing or similar Preferred
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate

**Must have Software Skills**:

- **MS- Office Advance Excel knowledge**:
**Language**:

- English & Hindi (preferred)

**Age: 24 - 35 (Male/Female)**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
