**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, CRM systems, and phone calls.
- Conduct market research and identify potential target markets.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and presentations.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Coordinate open houses and other sales events.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales representatives to achieve team goals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- **Other duties as assigned.**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Post graduate
- Atleast 01 year of experience in a sales or customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
