Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate open houses and other sales events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally as per guidelines of the sales manager.
  • Work closely with sales manager to achieve sales target.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post graduate
  • Atleast 01 year of experience in a sales or customer service role preferred, but not compulsory.
  • Freshers with a good personality and good communication skills can also apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not compulsory.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
