
Global Mobility Administrator

The Global Mobility (GM) team is responsible for enabling the relocation of our employees across the globe to the most challenging of locations. We currently have approx. 150 Long Term Assignees and estimated 100 + Permanent Transfers in a variety of host locations as well as supporting with STAs and International New Hires.
- We are looking for a GM Specialist who can hit the ground running and has extensive experience of elevating global mobility requirements to be the best and to deliver excellent service with quality output. The GM Specialist should have experience in handling assignment compensation reconciliations, tax regulation changes, immigration updates, consultation with the business and other key internal stakeholders on best practice/approach, analysing complex legacy packages and managing updates. This is a role for an individual who has great experience to share from day one.**Key responsibilities**
- Create assignment records using the Global Mobility Technology Tool.
- Run reports on assignees as/when required, using the Global Mobility Technology Tool.
- Document management and organisation of SharePoint site.
- Support the GM advisors with the invoicing audit process of vendor invoices.
- Adhoc project work as required - updating/formatting documentation/training guides
- Managing and organisation of SharePoint site
- Update GM Technology tool with changes recorded in HR system
- Identify areas where technology can be utilised to further improve processes and work
collaboratively with the technology analyst to implement changes- Experience in Global Mobility (in house experience preferred).
- Experience of working with Equus Platform or other globally recognised assignment management tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven experience in IT software and Excel skills
- Can demonstrate cross-cultural awareness, sensitivity and a high level of confidentiality
- Self-motivated with high level of integrity, judgement and self-awareness
- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to constantly re-prioritise
- Strong team player, and able to work effectively and inclusively with remote teams
