As a 2-Wheeler Workshop Service Advisor, your role is to facilitate excellent customer service and streamline workshop operations. You'll be the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication and timely resolution of service needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Understand and address customer service needs.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide basic technical advice to customers.
- **Quotation and Billing**:

- Prepare accurate service quotations and invoices.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and address post-service concerns.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed service records.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate customers on preventive maintenance.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect and convey customer feedback for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous automotive or motorcycle service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with workshop management systems.

By efficiently managing customer interactions and workshop processes, the 2-Wheeler Workshop Service Advisor enhances customer satisfaction and contributes to overall workshop success.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
