- Responsible for execution of below activities
- Complete custody of the mortgage file processing post sanction by credit team
- Ensure completeness of the file in line with the disbursement checklist
- Drive First Pass (FPT) at pre disbursal stage by ensuring the quality of post document submission file are adequately met.
- Ensure adherence to define process TATs
- Publish and maintain daily MIS for respective location/branch in regards to
- Status MIS with details of inward (sanctioned), Disbursal WIP and authorized cases
- Case wise TAT and FPT MIS
- MIS of OTC clearance and cheque handover status
- Ensuring timely handover of disbursement cheques post clearance of OTC Highlight issues causing delays in disbursement process due to Sales / Credit/Legal/Technical team to their respective Location Heads and Line Manager

Job Requirement
- Knowledge and Experience of Mortgage Loan Process
- Take ownership of the assigned activities
- Zeal to walk an extra mile to ensure TAT adherence and customer satisfaction
- Focused towards achievement of defined KRAs
- Good team player ensuring synergy with the co-team members Proficiency in MS Power point / Word and Excel a mustEligibility
- 2+ years of work experience
- Knowledge of Mortgage operation & documentation will be an added advantage
- Spent twelve months (applicant for same grade role)/eighteen months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role
- Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above
