Verify and check that right products /orders are despatched/shipped to the client and all specific instructions related to the product by the clients have been considered and verified before despatch.

Ensure that labels are affixed on the products and packing is done for despatching the goods to the client.

Ensure that the packaging of products for D2C shipment, retail stores and pop ups is done correctly as per the standards laid down by the Company.

Liase with QC to ensure all orders are despatched for the day.

Follow up with warehouse and production team to ensure order deliveries are within TAT.

identify delays in shipment beyond the committed dates to customers.

Create daily MIS at EOD for orders not dispatched.

Create Line sheets on need basis.
