We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, generating leads, and providing information about our products/services to potential and existing customers. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Answer inbound customer queries in a professional and polite manner.
- Generate leads, maintain a database, and follow up with interested clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
- Record details of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service/sales will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,274.30 - ₹29,852.24 per month
