**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across departments (e.g., production, engineering, quality control, sales, finance, etc.).
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- **Screening and Selection**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer skills tests or other assessments as required for specific roles.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company’s values, culture, and work environment to attract high-quality talent.
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity laws).
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Regularly analyze recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and talent acquisition tools to enhance recruitment strategies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in recruiting for technical roles, including engineers, machine operators, and quality control personnel.
- Familiarity with steel manufacturing industry-specific requirements and skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
