We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our international recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of top talent across various industries and locations globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive screening of applicants through resume reviews, phone interviews, and video interviews
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and hiring standards across various countries
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in international/global talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent internationally
- Ability to navigate cultural differences and recruit across diverse backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strategic sourcing expertise leveraging various sourcing channels
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-volume roles
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment/talent analytics
