**Overall Required Responsibilities & Skills: -**
- Telephone Skills / EPEBX and Board phone management system
- Admin and Reception Area experience must.
- Very good verbal and written communication
- Handling admin work, ground staff and petty cash
- Good Listening Skills
- Professionalism and good written and verbal communication
- Customer/Visitor/Guest handling
- Informing Others by proper coordination
- Supply Management and stationery
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival, offering them refreshment
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Travel desk by booking hotels and transportation for employees and guests as and when required
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Employee Recreation Supply and Arrangements
**Administrative Duties**:
- Scheduling
- Running errands ( purchasing for events )
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media if needed
- Greeting visitors
- Travel Ticket Booking
- Coordination with office staff
- Stationery and Petty Cash
- Handling Ground Staff
- Managing Event
**Education**: Any graduate, who is fluent in English, with very presentable and good personality.
**Experience**: 2-3 years (Experience in this field - preferred experience with MNC), Microsoft Office: 1 year (required), customer service: 1 year (required), total work: 2-3 years (required), Front desk - Receptionist: 2 year (required)
**Job Type**: Full-time / Permanent

**Salary: As per standard norms rs/- **15,000.00 to Max 20,000.00 /month (Depending on interview performance and last salary slips),**
