As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive impression and efficient operation of the front desk area. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Your professionalism, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth functioning of the front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the organization's services, facilities, and policies.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area and reception area.
- Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
