**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce or related field
- **Total Experience**: 2-3 years in Accounting/Finance
- **Relevant Experience**: Minimum 1 year in an **Insurance Brokerage (backend operations)**

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- **Proficiency in Tally ERP** and **MS Excel** (including financial modeling)
- Strong knowledge of **Insurance Accounting** and **Tech Platforms**:

- Experience with **premium and claims reconciliation**:

- Well-versed with **insurance compliance** including **half-yearly return filing**:

- Ability to maintain up-to-date records of **policies, endorsements, and renewals**:

- Excellent coordination skills with **insurance companies** and **partners** to resolve queries

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and reconcile **insurance premium and claims data**:

- Handle **financial records**, assist in audits and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with **insurance companies** and **broking partners** for issue resolution
- Maintain and update policy records, renewals, and endorsements
- Prepare and file necessary **insurance compliance documents**:

- Support backend operations for seamless account and policy management

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce or related field
- **Total Experience**: 2-3 years in Accounting/Finance
- **Relevant Experience**: Minimum 1 year in an **Insurance Brokerage (backend operations)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
