**Role:

- F&B and Guest Relation**

**Food and Beverage**
- Pre
- arrangements of food and beverages for all the directors and guests/ visitors/ parties.
- Check all the necessities and arrange coffee/ tea/ snacks for all the directors and clients.
- Ensure compliance for brand standards.
- Oversee efficient procurement, stock rotation (check expiry date), and inventory control to minimise wastage and optimize resources.

**Guest Relations**
- Assist and greet all guests/ visitors/ parties warmly and professionally.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests/ visitors/ parties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Front Desk Operations**
- Overseeing the smooth functioning of the front desk/ reception area.
- Handling calls and inquires, coordinating appointments and maintaining office supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs and other relevant data.

**Miscellaneous**
- Oversee directors utility areas such as cabins, restrooms, cafeteria, etc.
- Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maids and cleaning staff and ensure adherence of all parameters covered in training program.
- Maintain and supervise cleanliness and hygiene standards through housekeeping staff, to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Maintain DAR/ TDL on regular basis.
- Additional duties assigned by the management and senior authorities from time to time.

**Hiring Requirements**:

- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Presentable, sophisticated and smart personality.
- Should be organized, able to multitask efficiently, and have strong service skills to assist visitors effectively.
- Have knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
