MIS Executive
Work Dynamics

**What this job involves**:
To provide comprehensive management of services covering all facility services to Clarivate Analytics, with a focus on Transport Operations.
To achieve financial and other targets established by the Facilities.
Sets stretch targets for team to achieve maximum team performance
Is able to make difficult decisions and resolve problems or improve operations.
Actively searches out opportunities to achieve best results
Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
Ownership of the day-to-day administration, including reports generation.
Manage transport operations during the shift and ensure that processes as defined are followed.
Ensure that security staff deployed for the transport operations are available and competent to perform their tasks.
Ensure availability of the cabs as per the schedules and checking the compliance of the cab and the drivers.
Vendor invoices processing aligned with Clarivate finance process.
Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices.
Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained

Reporting
Contribute to the Weekly FM Meeting Minutes
Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to Clarivate Analytics and other reports as required

Communication skills should be good and he can understand, write & speak English language.
At least a graduate.
