**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) to promote our brand, products, or services.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build relationships.
- Conduct competitive research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing posts.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics of campaigns and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, and lead conversions.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders, along with actionable insights.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (portfolio or examples preferred).
- Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and strategies.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Basic graphic design skills (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Experience with influencer marketing or collaborations.
- Knowledge of video editing for reels and short-form content.
