Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Manage paid campaigns including search, display, video, and social media ads.

  • Optimize campaigfor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.

SEO & Content

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.

  • Collaborate with content creators to align messaging with SEO goals.

  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

  • Provide strategic input during client pitches and reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹62,572.29 per month
