Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Oversee the company's social media presence and develop engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to develop cohesive marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing digital campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
