**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update digital marketing training curriculum and materials.
- Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to ensure students gain real-world experience.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students.
- Assist in the development of new courses and training programs based on market demand and student feedback.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure the quality and consistency of training programs.
- Support students with career advice and guidance in the field of digital marketing.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on advanced digital marketing topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
