As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to students eager to learn about digital marketing strategies and techniques. Your role will involve designing course curriculum, conducting interactive sessions, and mentoring students to help them develop practical skills in digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update course curriculum for digital marketing training programs.
- Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples to illustrate key concepts.
- Create hands-on assignments and projects to reinforce learning objectives.
- Offer personalized guidance and support to students to enhance their understanding and skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and events related to digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
- Strong expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.

**Location**:
This position is based in Dadar and Bhayandar, and may require occasional travel between locations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
