**Position Overview**:
As a Cloud Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our healthcare environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Azure Cloud Management:
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure environments to ensure high performance, scalability, security, and uptime.
- Implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, monitoring, and cost management.
- Provision new infrastructure resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute migration plans, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity throughout the transition.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive healthcare data in the cloud environment.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Establish and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring mínimal impact on healthcare operations.
- Ability to be on call or assure critical incident response 24x7x36.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance their understanding of cloud technologies and best practices.
- Complete special projects and other assignments as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud administration with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Working experience of automation tools and scripting languages (Terraform, Ansible, Powershell).
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, prioritization, presentation, analytical, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with change management specific to initiating, shaping and managing change.
- Ability to perform competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
