- In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales analytics services and data strategy articulation role. You will function as a SPOC for sales pursuit and liaise with service lines and delivery to ensure accurate solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the sales strategy. _

**_Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_Handle client operations commercial real estate loan activities - Portfolio Management & Underwriting_**

**_Design new products like Asset Valuation template, Data based analytical reports with insights_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems_**

**_ _**

**_Participates in discussions cross-functional teams on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies_**

**_ _**

**_Engage in new client pilots, solution and review processes for new opportunities._**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**
- Minimum qualifications _

**_University Graduates (B.Com)_**

**_ _**

**_Significant years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Domain_**

**_ _**

**_Experience, ability and amenity engaging Real Estate Clients & SMEs_**

**_ _**

**_Exposure in working on CRE industry tools like Argus Modelling_**

**_ _**

**_Exposure towards mid to high ticket CRE deals underwriting_**

**_ _**

**_Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial Real Estate Lending life cycle_**

**_ _**

**_Good communication, social skills and prior exposure to the clients conversations would be effective_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications _**:
**_Experience in managing client independently_**

**_ _**

**_Execution Skills / Solution Identification/ Process Mapping and Process documentation skills_**
