**Reports To**: Kitchen Manager/ HR Manager/ Managing Director
**Job Type**: Full time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, various curries, and rice preparations (e.g., lemon rice, curd rice) according to standardized recipes.
- **Cooking**: Use appropriate techniques and equipment for cooking, including frying, steaming, and boiling, to ensure the best quality and flavor.
- **Menu Planning**: Assist in menu planning and offer suggestions for new South Indian dishes based on seasonal availability of ingredients.
- **Hygiene Standards**: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards (HACCP) to ensure a hygienic and safe kitchen environment.
- **Ingredient Management**: Manage inventory of South Indian spices, vegetables, and other ingredients, ensuring they are stored properly and used efficiently.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure food is served in a timely manner with appropriate garnishing and presentation.
- **Collaboration**: Work as part of the kitchen team, coordinating with other cooks, servers, and managers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the taste and quality of food and adjust seasonings and preparation methods as necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
