Identifying potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- **Relationship Building**:
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
Developing and implementing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- **Market Analysis**:
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
Working with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- **Performance Tracking**:
Setting goals, monitoring progress against key metrics, and reporting on results.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Communication and Negotiation**:
Effectively conveying value propositions, building rapport, and negotiating favorable terms.
- **Sales and Marketing Acumen**:
Understanding the sales process, developing effective strategies, and leveraging marketing techniques.
- **Relationship Management**:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

**Required Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree and Relevant Experience need
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Language : English, Tamil and Hindi is Added Advantage
- Must have Computer Knowledge in Excel, Word, PPT.
