- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, EV Fleet operators, government agencies corporate buyers, and individual consumers
- Identifying customer needs, providing product information, and offering solutions Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Drafting proposals and quotes
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance
- Understand Client needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
