**Telecalling Sales Executive (Female Preferred)**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **smart, persuasive, and energetic Telecalling Sales Executive** to handle incoming enquiries from online ads for our furniture manufacturing client who owns **2 showrooms in Chennai**. Your main goal is to speak to leads, build a good connection, and **encourage walk-ins to the showrooms**. You will also be responsible for updating your progress in our CRM for tracking and reporting.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Call and follow up with people who enquire through ads
- Convince and guide them to visit the showroom
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls
- Update lead status regularly in our CRM system
- Meet weekly targets for walk-ins and lead conversions
- Build trust and patiently answer customer queries
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong in **communication and convincing skills**:

- Confident, patient, and persistent
- Basic understanding of online ads is a **plus**:

- Experience in telecalling or sales is **important**:

- Ability to handle rejections positively and keep going
- Organised and good with CRM updates
