**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:

- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office space.

2. **Merchandising Tasks**:

- Assisting in the selection and procurement of baby wear products from suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer preferences.
- Collaborating with the design and production teams to develop product assortments and collections.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and allocation.
- Conducting market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
- Supporting the planning and execution of merchandising strategies, including product displays and promotions.
- Regular follow-ups with vendors and making sure of TRIMS are sourced on a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration, or merchandising procurement roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Passion for the baby wear industry and a genuine interest in providing exceptional products and service to customers.
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at our office location.
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during peak seasons or special events.
- Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
