**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive

**Location**: Work from Home

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

**Working Days**: Tuesday to Saturday

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (International Sales)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team by providing information about products and services to potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demonstrations or meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on leads.
- Provide support to the sales team during the proposal and presentation phases.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and competitive market trends to assist clients effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and sales tactics.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales, preferably in a pre-sales or customer-facing role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Ability to engage with international clients and build relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Requirements**: Must have a personal laptop/computer with stable internet connectivity.
- **Shift Timing**: Willing to work in night shifts (Tuesday to Saturday).
- **Other Skills**: Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and target-driven.
