**CRM implementation Associate**:
Eduabroadcrm is a product of milestones. It is an ultra-customized CRM for educational consultants. It is used by Study Abroad Consultants, Immigration Consultants, IELTS training institutes, and educational institutions to streamline their Leads and Admission process.

Currently, we are having 2 openings for an Enterprise CRM sales Manager in Bangalore, Koramangala Office.
- CRM implementation associate is responsible for assisting in the implementation and customization of a CRM system for an organization.
- They work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the system meets the needs of the business and its customers.
- Assessing the organization's current CRM needs and identifying areas for improvement
- Configuring and customizing the CRM system to meet the organization's specific requirements
- Training users on the new system and providing ongoing support and maintenance
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure the CRM system is integrated with other business systems and processes
- Collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of the CRM system and make recommendations for improvements.

**Skills required**:

- Require a combination of technical and business skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and software, including experience with specific platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho or any other CRM
- Experience with data management and analysis, including the ability to work with large sets of data and generate reports
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design and implement solutions that support these processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- It's also important to note that CRM implementation associates should be able to adapt to the changing market trends and technology.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
