**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for **Implementation Associate** in a techno-functional capacity with a good understanding of technology and confident in client interactions. The primary responsibility will be aligned to the support and implementation of Zwayam product for enterprise customers.
- Own entire module configuration to implement Zwayam, mostly using SQL & JSON.
- Review and understand Statement of Work and configure per scope.
- Ensure processes are adhered to and project quality is not compromised.
- Actively participate in Project Kick Off meeting and Scope Definition discussions.
- Own unit testing and end to end testing of configurations prior to client UAT.
- Showcase product, handhold client during UAT and impart training to platform users.
- Interact with external and internal stakeholders for the life cycle of the project.
- Work independently to complete tasks on time and inculcate cross team collaboration.
- Build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Support clients during the project lifecycle, assisting with process and product related queries and guiding them.
- Help clients adopt Zwayam product post going Live, share usage statistics and product related information.
- Work closely with App Support and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transition of the project post platform adoption.

This role will be an individual contributor role though part of a unit.
- Graduate with specialization in computers preferred, however no restriction as long as the individual is willing to learn (Latest batches preferred).
- Self-motivated/interested to work in a tech startup, should be tech savvy.
- Willing to learn functional aspects of recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent at interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
- Committed to personal development.
- Approachable, patient and reliable.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
