Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual B2B sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to business clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for the B2B market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wholesale or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
