Quantity Surveyor

**Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.

Analyze project drawings and specifications to accurately estimate costs.

Develop budgets and cost plans to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

**Tendering and Procurement**:
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities.

Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations on the selection of contractors and subcontractors.

Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

**Cost Control**:
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase and identify any potential cost overruns.

Implement cost control procedures to ensure expenditures align with budgets.

Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.

**Valuations and Payments**:
Prepare interim valuations of work completed for payment purposes.

Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier invoices.

Assess variations to the contract and negotiate equitable adjustments to costs.

**Contract Administration**:
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Provide advice on contractual matters to project teams.

Manage contractual correspondence and documentation.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and assess risks associated with cost, time, and quality on construction projects.

Develop strategies to mitigate risks and minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.

Quantity Takeoff and Measurement:
Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.

Measure and value construction work in accordance with relevant measurement standards

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
