**Position: Quantity Surveyor**

**Location: Ottapalam**

**Type: Full-Time**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Lebami Construction. As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you will play a vital role in the planning, management, and cost control of our projects. Your expertise will contribute to our continued success in delivering top-notch construction services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and budgets for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze and interpret project specifications and drawings.
- Monitor project progress and costs, identifying any deviations and recommending corrective measures.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, variations, and valuations in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of project financials, contracts, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff software and estimation tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
