Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage leads, and convert prospects into clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Property Presentation: Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers or tenants. Prepare and deliver compelling property proposals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to effectively position and promote our offerings.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and contract discussions. Facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
