**Factory Operations Supervisor (Garments)**: Responsibilities involves overseeing daily plant across plants, activities, managing staff, controlling deadlines, and ensuring production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Key responsibilities include creating production schedules, optimizing processes, coordinating with departments, managing inventory, conducting quality checks, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. Essential skills include leadership, problem-solving, analytical skills, and proficiency with operations software.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Oversight**:
Monitor and control all aspects of the garments production process, from planning to final product delivery, ensuring targets are met.
- **Staff Management**:
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate factory workers, assigning tasks and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- **Quality & Safety**:
Implement and enforce quality control standards, conduct inspections, and ensure the facility adheres to all safety regulations and procedures.
- **Process Optimization**:
Continuously analyse and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Tracking from Raw materials to Finished products in manufacturing and inventory management software like Busy.
- **Resource Management**:
Allocate personnel, equipment, and other resources effectively to maintain production standards and meet demands.
- **Budget & Cost Control**:
Develop and manage the factory's budget, identifying ways to reduce manufacturing costs without compromising quality.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain**:
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth and cost-effective supply chain.
- **Reporting**:
Prepare and present production reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting operational challenges and achievements.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues that arise in the factory.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control principles.
- **Organizational Skills**:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate complex processes, and maintain accurate records.
- **Software Proficiency**:
Familiarity with operations software, such as **Busy, Vyapar, Tally** systems and project management tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
