Experience Relevant experience in Garments or similar industry computer system knowledge mandatory Location Kalyani Madanpur Factory Operations Supervisor Garments Responsibilities involves overseeing daily plant across plants activities managing staff controlling deadlines and ensuring production meets quality safety and efficiency standards Key responsibilities include creating production schedules optimizing processes coordinating with departments managing inventory conducting quality checks and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies Essential skills include leadership problem-solving analytical skills and proficiency with operations software Key Responsibilities Production Oversight Monitor and control all aspects of the garments production process from planning to final product delivery ensuring targets are met Staff Management Recruit train supervise and evaluate factory workers assigning tasks and fostering a culture of performance and accountability Quality Safety Implement and enforce quality control standards conduct inspections and ensure the facility adheres to all safety regulations and procedures Process Optimization Continuously analyse and improve operational processes to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality Tracking from Raw materials to Finished products in manufacturing and inventory management software like Busy Resource Management Allocate personnel equipment and other resources effectively to maintain production standards and meet demands Budget Cost Control Develop and manage the factory s budget identifying ways to reduce manufacturing costs without compromising quality Inventory Supply Chain Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth and cost-effective supply chain Reporting Prepare and present production reports and performance metrics to senior management highlighting operational challenges and achievements Compliance Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies including health safety and environmental standards Key Skills Leadership Communication Ability to lead and motivate teams coordinate with various departments and communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders Problem-Solving Strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues that arise in the factory Technical Knowledge Understanding of manufacturing processes equipment maintenance and quality control principles Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks coordinate complex processes and maintain accurate records Software Proficiency Familiarity with operations software such as Busy Vyapar Tally systems and project management tools Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
