**Roles**:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Managing Petty Cash, Bills and File management, Inventory management
- Supervise housekeeping Department
- Accounts handling including preparing vouchers, invoices, foreign inward remittance, online payment
- Assist in HR activities like recruiting, on-boarding, exit, attendance, Attendance tracking and employee record keeping
- Ensuring payment of labour welfare fund and enrolling
- Taking care of employee health insurance
**Required Skills**:
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Maintain Professional appearance
- Pleasant and good attitude
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Knowledge in accounting software like Tally (optional)
